“Hommage a Piazzolla”

and

“At First There Was…Noise”

In just 12 days we will depart on our next journey to present you our two new programs: “Hommage a Piazzolla” and “At First There Was…Noise”.

In the first part of our evening, we will present some works related to one of the most interesting personalities in music of the XX century and one of the favorite composers of Gidon Kremer and Kremerata BalticaAstor Piazzolla. The soloists of this part would be Gidon Kremer, Ivan Karizna and Andrei Pushkarev.

In the second part of the concert, Robert Wicke from the famous Circus Roncalli, together with Gidon Kremer and Kremerata Baltica will present a brand-new project “At First There Was…Noise” – a “story” about the deep roots and unexpected connections of music. The music of this part was chosen by Maestro Kremer to celebrate a genius still to be discovered, Mieczysław Weinberg.

Join us to celebrate these two incredible personalities and enjoy the genius of their music together!
