Gidon Kremer and chamber orchestra Kremerata Baltica continue the 20th Anniversary tour with concerts in Europe. The tour opens with a concert in Vilnius, Lithuania on 18 February, 2017, and continues in Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, France, Estonia, Latvia, Turkey, Hungary, and Portugal.

During the tour Gidon Kremer and Kremerata Baltica will be acompanied by several soloists most of whom have already performed together with the orchestra such as Mate Bekavac (clarinet), Martha Argerich (piano), Andrei Pushkarev (vibraphone), Giedrė Dirvanauskaitė (violoncello), Clara Jumi-Kang (violin), Khatia Buniatishvili (piano), Lucas Debargue (piano), Pablo Ferandez (violoncello), Tatiana Grindenko (violin), Andras Keller (violin, conductor), and the young and promising conductor from Lithuania Martynas Stakionis.

With a special program including works by Mieczyslaw Weinberg, Philip Glass, Astor Piazzolla, Giya Kancheli, Anatoly Shenderov, Georgs Pelēcis, Alexandr Raskatov, Arvo Pärt, Jean Sibelius, Alfred Schnittke, Franz Schubert, Robert Schumann, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Joseph Haydn, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, and Johann Sebastian Bach.
