We had a great time in Birmingham, where in collaboration with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Gidon Kremer and Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla we gave a UK premiere of Mieczysław Weinberg’s Symphony No. 21 “Kaddish”, dedicated “To the victims of the Warsaw ghetto”.
