Tour with Gidon Kremer and Mirga Grazinyte-Tyla

During the first half of May Kremerata Baltica will give several concerts around Europe, where we will be accompanied by Gidon Kremer (violin) and lately well-acknowledged Lithuanian conductor Mirga Grazinyte-Tyla. We are more than happy to welcome you to any of the following concerts to enjoy a wonderful program together with us.

About Mirga Grazinyte-Tyla
Mirga Grazinyte-Tyla was born in Vilnius (Lithuania). After graduating choral and orchestral conducting from the University of Music and Fine Arts in Graz (Austria), she continued her studies at Music Conservatory in Bologna (Italy) and Music Conservatory Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy in Leipzig.
In 2007 she was the recipient of the First Prize of the International Competition for Young Choral Conductors in Budapest (Hungary). In 2008 M.G. Tyla won the third prize at the International Conducting Competition in Stavanger (Norway), which was followed by yet another prestigious prize in April 2012, when the young talent won the prestigious Nestle and Salzburg Festival Young Conductors Award.
